I created this homemade almond hummus because I was SO craving an almond hummus that I use to buy every weekend when I lived in Encinitas. It’s SO easy to make and great for people who don’t digest legumes well.

My favorite way to spend a Sunday morning was at the farmers market. And… my favorite stop along the way was a booth called ‘Bitchin Sauce.’ Have you heard of it? Well if not, it’s exactly what you think it is. Epic, insanely good dipping sauce, that is insanely healthy!!! I created this recipe in hopes of re-creating something amazing that I could have in IDAHO where I can’t find this epic sauce. And, I think I might have stumbled upon something amazing. Check out my recipe below!
