Berries ‘N Cream **Dairy Free**

Grocery List:
1 Can Coconut Cream (can use full fat coconut milk as well, but texture will be less creamy)
2 ½ T Maple syrup
1 T fresh squeezed Lemon juice
2 C Berries of choice (I love blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)

Garnish suggestions: unsweetend coconut flakes, cacao nibs, a clean/gluten free granola.

In a medium-sized bowl mix, on high, coconut cream, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Chill for a few hours or overnight.
After coconut cream mixture is thoroughly chilled, scoop  approximately ¼ cup of cream into individual bowls, and top with ½ C of mixed berries. Top with garnish of choice and enjoy!
